Katrina features a straight neckline, shoulder straps that you can playfully tie together, a detachable sash at the waist and a flowy semi-swing skirt in midi-length with a romantic ruffle. Made of lightweight and stretchy seersucker fabric in a light-blue stripe pattern that will keep you cool when temperatures are soaring.
